witup.tech does not set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. The only cookie it uses is strictly necessary, so no consent banner is shown. The only third-party content is the YouTube videos on the Publishing page, embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (see below).
What the site does store
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you chose (English, Italian or Spanish), so the site does not switch back on your next visit. First-party, it holds only the language code and expires after one year.
Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request is made to a font provider when you browse. Submitting a form sends the data you typed to our own server.
YouTube videos
The Publishing page shows our brands’ videos with the YouTube player (Google Ireland Limited) from the youtube-nocookie.com domain, YouTube’s “privacy-enhanced mode”: YouTube states that in this mode it does not store information about visitors until the video is played. Videos start by themselves, without sound, when their section enters the screen: at that moment the player may store technical data in your browser and Google receives your IP address and the request data. You can prevent this by blocking YouTube content in your browser settings. Full videos open on youtube.com in a new tab. Some links lead to services in our ecosystem — for example thepatent.news, witup.ai and humandriven-ai.com — and to social platforms. Those sites set their own cookies and are governed by their own policies.
