You may browse the site and contact us through it. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use the forms to send unlawful, misleading or automated content.
Intellectual property
The WitUp name, logo, and the marks WitUp.ai™, MoreGlobe®, The Patent®, C-NDA Protocol™, Dreammy AI™, PosiThink Library™ and AI Human Driven™ belong to WitUp Ltd or its partners. Site content and design may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party names appear for identification only and remain the property of their owners.
Accuracy and availability
Content is provided for information and may change without notice. Products described as in MVP, prototyping or concept stage are not commitments to deliver. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
