Who we are

WitUp Ltd (company number 16572774, VAT GB499506632) is the data controller for personal data collected through witup.tech. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, UK. You can reach us at info@witup.tech.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through this website:

• Enquiry form — name, email address and, if you provide them, company, phone number, business type, budget range, the services you are interested in and your message.
• Newsletter — your email address.
• Technical data — with each submission we store the page you sent it from and your browser user agent, to help us spot abuse.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling technologies, and does not track you across other sites.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To send the newsletter — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site secure — our legitimate interest in preventing automated abuse of the forms.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and notification emails are delivered by Resend. Both act as processors on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@witup.tech and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
